Videocon Z55 Dash Android smartphone started at Rs 6,500 – Videocon has unveiled a new smartphone, Z55 Dash, which is entirely designed and collected at its local manufacturing plant in India.

The mid-budget Z55 Dash is ready in two color options i.e. Black & Gold and White & Silver and is priced at Rs. 6,500. The handset would be sold completely through India’s leading e-commerce site, Flipkart.

The Videocon Z55 Dash highlights the 5-inch HD display with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The display has additional protected with Dragontrail X glass & anti-fingerprint layer.

The handset has influenced by a 1.4GHz Octa-Core processor & packs 1GB RAM. The Z55 Dash allows an internal storage of 8GB, which can expanded to 32GB through the microSD card.

Videocon Z55 Dash Android smartphone startedThe phone continues the older version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out-of-the-box. The Videocon Z55 Dash uses 2,200 mAh battery. The phone sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash & a five-megapixel front-facing camera for video-calling.

On the connectivity front, it incorporates Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, and 3G.

To make its products affordable & stylish, Videocon is manufacturing the handsets locally. The Videocon Z55 Dash would cater to the budget-conscious section of the society.
