Microsoft sued Indian company and other several individuals for fraud

Microsoft, which had enormous technology, had sued Indian companies and other entities claiming that they misused it name and also registered trademarks at the time of providing fraudulent services which are technically supported to unsuspicious customers.

The unit of Microsoft’s digital crimes filed a civil case earlier in the federal court in the central district of California for unfair and misleading business activities. And also filed trademark destruction or violation case against C – Cubed solutions which is a private business company formed under the law of India, Omnitech which is a Florida based and Support based in California along with other individuals.

According to the proceedings, C – Cubed solutions which are private business company formed under the law of India. The C – Cubed solutions directors are Marc Haberman, Jay Wurzberger and Rachel Eilat Haberman.

C – Cubed solutions are an additional customer focused services based in California. According to the court case it operates the mail server by which customer focused services, which is a technical support business, can communicate with consumers.

Microsoft is demanding a board of judges for checking and seeking permanent restrictions to control and enjoin the fraudulent from the violation of Microsoft’s registered trademarks. And also restrict from directly or indirectly from engaging in false advertising regarding the security or quality of Microsoft software.

Microsoft, the huge technology supposed in the proceedings that fraudulent used and misused the name of Microsoft and its trade marks which are registered without identification in association with the condition of false technical support services.

Actually, the defendants created security problems for consumers through stealing information from their computers through gaining access to their computers which was supposed by the court.

Since May 2014, Microsoft has received sixty five thousand complaints from the customers regarding the fraudulent technical support scams.
