The new phone, designed by the Porsche Design, offers graphite-metallic coloured elements & hand-wrapped leather on back door cover.

The ‘Porsche Design P’9983’s’ keyboard features the full-QWERTY keypad that has uniquely crafted glass-like keys with durability of firm synthetic material as per BlackBerry, in extension to blackened glass & the graphite stainless steel colour frame. The phone runs on the BlackBerry 10 OS.

The phone sports the 3.1-inch touch display with a purpose of 720x720pixels. Powered by the 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus dual-core processor & 2GB RAM, the ‘Porsche Design P’9983’ comes with 64GB storage & a microSD card slot that holds cards up to 128GB. It comes with the Micro HDMI port for connection to HDTV or projectors & a USB 2.0 port for charging & data transfer.

The phone has the 2100mAh battery that, as per the company, offers 14 hrs talk time & 12 days standby time on 3G.

‘Porsche Design P’9983’ sports an 8-megapixel rear camera that supports 1080p video capture & a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. In terms of connectivity options, the phone supports 3G, 4G (only 1800MHz in India), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
